6th-12th grade had a great day at the MidAmerica Drag Race NHRA Yes Program. The day was filled with booth visit, checking out career and college opportunities. We watched exhibitions cars and finished by ‘racing’ our school bus down the track!

Cedar Vale Lions Club held the 96th annual academic awards banquet with guest speaker Kathy Magnus Walker, 1977 Alumni Cedar Vale School. Congratulations to each one of these students! Thank you Lions for your support and for the opportunity to recognize our outstanding High School honor students.

Kindergarten has been learning about plants this week so today they ate all the plant parts!! The seeds (sunflower seeds) and stem (celery) seemed to be everyone’s favorite!
