🏃♂️ Summer Track Workout Program 🏃♀️ Coach Ferencik and Coach Shockley are putting together a Summer Track Workout Program for the month of June. The goal is to help you maintain your progress and conditioning from this past season.
🗓 Practice Schedule:
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30 PM
• Fridays: Noon
Makeup practices may be scheduled on weekends as needed for those with baseball/softball conflicts.
📌 Additional Details:
• Open to current track athletes, middle school students, and high school
• Not mandatory, but highly encouraged for continued improvement
• Track & Field training benefits all sports by building speed, strength, and endurance
☀️ First Practice: Monday, June 2 (weather permitting) We’re looking forward to a great summer of training!

We finished off our year with a great awards assembly. These students received the penmanship award, citizenship award, Top AR, Top Music students, and Top P.E. Students. What a great year!! Great job everyone.
