Elementary Interest Groups finished up last week and Mrs. Shockley's group had lots of fun with Tie Dye! These kids were very creative with their bags, bandannas, scrunchies, socks, and a few even made t-shirts!

FFA will be hosting a BINGO Night during Open House on November 10th. Come out and enjoy a fun evening to see what the students of CVS have been working on in school! We hope to see you there!

Join us Monday, November 10 from 4–6 PM for Open House. Explore classrooms, view student work and the Elementary Art Show, play Bingo, enjoy hot dogs, shop the Book Fair, and take part in the PTO silent auction. It's a great night to celebrate our students and school community!

Our second graders have been working hard on their play, and today did a live performance!

Reader’s Theater helps students build fluency, expression, and confidence while making reading fun and interactive. They did an amazing job bringing their story to life!

We’re so excited to gather for our Thanksgiving Feast on November 20th at 11:10 AM!

Sign-up forms are going home today. Please fill out one per family and return it by next Thursday, November 6, so we have plenty of time to order, plan, and prepare. The cost is $5 per guest.

JH math team traveled to West Elk for their first competiton of the year. Many placed in the top 5. Emily Gatewood got 2nd place in word problems and Hallie Jones got 3rd in Order of Operations.

Reminder! CQ County Health Department will be offering flu shots for K-12th grade students and staff on November 5th. Consent forms were previously sent home with students and need to be returned tomorrow, October 29th.
