Sixth grade students read the novel Belle Prater's Boy by Ruth White. As an enrichment activity, they are writing a book review with the goal of persuading others to read it (or not!). Writing is HARD but these kiddos have such a great attitude about it and have embraced the project wholeheartedly! We are so excited to share this with you soon!

Congratulations to the 2024 Winter Homecoming Canidates. Cedar Vale's Homecoming will be Friday, February 2 during half-time of the varsity boys game against Argonia. Spartan middle school boys fought hard through adversity of having a short bench. The boys stepped up and played hard but came up short. Falling 43-27 vs Flinthills.
Elementary students cheered on the junior high basketball players at the girls and boys C games! Thanks to the cheerleaders for pepping us up between games! We may have some future basketball players and cheerleaders in the stands! 🏀❤️🎉
The last Spartan Middle School Basketball home game of the year is in Cedar Vale tomorrow night! Come out and fill the stands! HS girls will also be in action at Cowley for the SCBL tournament!
Cedar Vale Schools held the local 4th-8th Grade Spelling Bee Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Our Spelling Champion is eighth grader, Wyatt Barney and Runner-up is sixth grader, Emmett Barney.
