A wonderful evening with the Cedar Vale Lions Club 2024-2025 Honor Students Banquet. Students were recognized for their outstanding academic performance for the first three quarters of the current school year earning all A's or B's. Special recognition to those seniors maintaining all A's or B's throughout their high school years. Those receiving that honor are Katie Crocker, Keirsten Jennings and Ayden Robertson. The honor students and their families enjoyed a great meal provided by Bronika Myers - Hill Top Cafe. The guest speaker was Lion Marc Champlin, 2004 Cedar Vale graduate. He did an excellent job, reminding us to step out of our comfort zone, where great things can happen. Thank you Lions Club!

Jv softball and jv baseball both split games tonight vs Sedan.

Middle school track will travel to Dexter today instead of Wednesday this week. Thank you!

Spartan Ladies Softball sweeps Uniontown in well played games by both teams. Great Job Ladies!

Adjusted Start time for today's softball game at Dexter. 3:00

Track meet will continue as scheduled in Udall. Order of events and individual events are posted on CVS social media.

Seniors had a little photoshoot today. Wow, just a few weeks before these students walk across the stage. Graduation is May 17th at 10 am. It is always fun watching them get their caps on for the first time and situated. Seniors we are in the final stretch, be nice to your parents they might be a little emotional.

With the potential for thunderstorms this afternoon the middle school track team will NOT travel to Dexter. Please plan accordingly.
Any updates on tomorrow's track meet in Udall will be posted here at a later time. Please follow CVS social media for any new information.

Thankful and grateful for our amazing Ms Angie Warburton & Josie Jarboe

Spring Sports Senior Night was held on Monday at the Spartans' baseball and softball games. Seniors from Baseball, Softball, and Track were recognized with their parents. Cedar Vale is pleased to announce Senior, Kaillee Dennis, the daughter of Windie Sharer and David Dennis, was recognized for her accomplishments in Spartans Track. Kailee's activities are cheer, volleyball, basketball, track, scholars bowl, math relay, and STUCO. She plans to attend Southwestern on a track scholarship and study nursing. She will miss being involved in Spartan sports the most after graduation. Her favorite thing about track is making it to State last year and getting personal records. Congratulations Kaillee!! Keep making us proud.
