We had a crew of throwers brave the heat this evening. Our summer track workouts have been going great for those coming to work on technique! Next session is Friday at noon!
Tonight’s summer track and field conditioning will end at 6:00 PM. Wednesday and Friday sessions will follow the regular schedule.
The weight room will be open Monday, Wednesday, & Friday's beginning this Wednesday from 8-9:00 am for any athletes wishing to lift weights.

Kansas schools are required to inform the public about the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Although our district does not operate a Summer Food Program, we are attaching a QR code to locate an organization and/or school near that you may participate in. All children ages 1-18 are eligible.

🏃♂️ Summer Track Workout Program 🏃♀️ Coach Ferencik and Coach Shockley are putting together a Summer Track Workout Program for the month of June. The goal is to help you maintain your progress and conditioning from this past season.
🗓 Practice Schedule:
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30 PM
• Fridays: Noon
Makeup practices may be scheduled on weekends as needed for those with baseball/softball conflicts.
📌 Additional Details:
• Open to current track athletes, middle school students, and high school
• Not mandatory, but highly encouraged for continued improvement
• Track & Field training benefits all sports by building speed, strength, and endurance
