Spartans baseball fall to Sedan 2 to 3. Lady Spartans win over South Sumner taking the Championship.

There were several outstanding performances at yesterday's SCBL Middle School Track & Field Meet. Congratulations to our league champions and medalists.

Spartans win over South Sumner 5 to 3. Lady Spartans win over Oxford 10 to 0. Both headed to the Championship games on Friday at Dexter at approximately 5:30 pm.

🦋 Kindergarten learned all about the Life Cycle of Butterflies this spring! We watched our very own caterpillars go through the amazing process and then had the joy of releasing them! 🐛

INTERVIEW: What year did you begin school at CVS? Gabby: kindergarten What are your next steps? Gabby: I am going to Cowley College to become a welder Who is someone special that you would like to give a shoutout to? Gabby: My mom, she’s dealt with me for all past years What is your favorite school memory? Gabby: Snow Days What are you most excited for next? Gabby: Hopefully college will be fun and I like it and meet new people What does success mean to you? Gabby: Knowing you can do something without someone having to nag you to do it, knowing you should finish something before starting something else What advice would you give to those entering high school? Gabby: Be yourself, open up to new things. Don’t think it is a wrong answer, just ask it. How strict would you say that your parents were during high school? Gabby: Not really strict, mom just wanted me to be at school. Who Was Your Favorite Teacher? Gabby: Mrs. Hahner, she knows me a lot and knows how to deal with me. INTERVIEW: What year did you begin school at CVS? Keirsten: second grade What are your next steps? Keirsten: I am trying to join the Army or I will get a job. Who is someone special that you would like to give a shoutout to? Keirsten: I would say the whole school, the whole school really helped me when everything went down. What is your favorite school memory? Keirsten: Freshman year in gym class with my crazy friends, it was so much fun. What are you most excited for next? Keirsten: I am scared, not excited. What does success mean to you? Keirsten: Achieving your goals and achieving greatness, setting an example for the next person in your life. What advice would you give to those entering high school?
